We are accredited to do all refrigeration work by Refcom and all work carried out will comply with the standards and practices set by the UK Government F-Gas Regulations to ensure safety for you and the environment.

Systems are Designed and installed with future service requirements in mind benefiting our clients by keeping down time and maintenance costs to a minimum.
Agricultural Store Ventilation
We provide install and maintain a variety of ventilation systems that can work in harmony with your refrigeration system reducing expensive fridge run times allowing efficient Crop curing and store cooling using ambient temperatures when possible down to as low as -10⁰C.
Our Collaboration With Agrivent

Precise Store Temperature Control
Our innovative control systems provide precise temperature control of your crop reducing energy usage by way of tried and tested temperature control algorithms. We use various software versions on our systems to provide you with a control configuration that suits your needs precisely.
Tariff Unit Optimisation (TUO)
Only applies to those on a dual tariff agreement with their electricity supplier“TUO” developed by Redwood Refrigeration and Dicam Technology, allows the user to exploit cheap electricity tariffs by encouraging extended fridge cooling time when the electricity is considerably cheaper. Due to the slight over cooling at night the system (in a well-insulated store) shall require fewer running hrs through the day when electricity is expensive.
Renewable Energy Optimisation (REO)
Only applies to those with Renewable energy sources feeding directly into site.“REO” developed by Redwood Refrigeration and Dicam Technology to optimize the energy produced from your renewable source. By monitoring your Import and Export power the software can control your system to work harder when the renewable source is producing enough energy. By making the fridges work harder when energy produced from your renewables is at a high level we can reduce the amount of energy used from the grid when renewable generation is at a low level.
Daily Store Monitoring
For an annual subscription we can offer you a complete remote daily monitoring service of your system by a qualified engineer keeping your equipment delivering optimal performance.
As part of the Annual subscription an app is available for you to view on your PC or Mobile phone, maintained and supported by Dicam Technology. Data is available in real time to be viewed via the app wherever you may be in the world. Site data will be stored on the Server for a lengthy period.
Should a problem be detected by our engineers, in most cases it can be resolved to a satisfactory degree remotely. If further action is required, a telephone call to the site contact shall be made or a visit will be organized as soon as possible.
Maintenance of Third Party Systems
We realise that there are a lot of systems out there from other manufacturers and we are happy to provide a repair service for equipment installed by other companies. Subject to survey of the equipment we can advise on the best way forward with regards to a Planned Maintenance, Repair and regular service schedule.
